At Network 4M a lot of us are mothers so we know what it is like to wake up to find one of your kids with lots of spots. You ask your husband but he has an important meeting – you are not allowed those. Your mother’s phone is on answerphone so things look bleak… Not for us.
We all work totally flexible hours. Some days we will not be able to work the school hours we normally do but other days we will be working at 11 at night. We trust each other to do what is necessary to get the job done.
Why don’t more businesses operate like us? We get the benefit of a well-qualified team who are conscientious. Most people have children so why not cater for the fact life in general does not operate on a 9 to 5 basis?
